To me, the word fudge, automatically says sweetness overload. So here’s a healthy fudge idea that’s yummy and easy:
VEGAN STRAWBERRY FREEZER FUDGE
1. In blender, add 2 cups of frozen strawberries, 1/2 c almond butter, 1/3 c melted coconut oil and 2 TB maple syrup and blend until smooth
2. Spread mixture into 9-inch square parchment lined pan
3. Top with fresh strawberry slices and sprinkle with shredded coconut
4. Pop in freezer overnight and Voila!
Enjoy immediately or keep in sealed container in freezer.
