When a Chef finds his passion something truly unique and delicious happens. For Chef Aaron Biolos he's had his hands in the culinary world for many years, but recently ventured into the baking business as a side passion. Thus, WeirDoughsFocaccia was born. Tall in stature, but a big huggable teddy bear at heart, Aaron uses his love of food to create flavorful focaccia breads. Made fresh, local, by hand and using mainly local ingredients he's also created sandwiches, open-face toasts and pizzas with his breads. This is the best focaccia we've ever tasted, it is moist, pillowy, soft, savory and overall excellent quality and value. It's great fresh, toasted, with anything you pair it with and darn right delicious.

Brunch FocashZa - the OG Focaccia topped with Toum, local egg, cheddar cheesy shrimp, mala mama micro greens, heirloom grape tomato, salt and vinegar chip dust.
Detroit FocashZa - OG dough slathered in house made pizza sauce, mozzarella cheese, ricotta and house made meatballs.
Grab 'N" Go - OG focaccia piled high with Olympia Provisions Chorizo, salami cotto, pepper jack cheese and house made chimichurri.
Hot 'N' Weird - OG Focaccia smeared with Dou, topped with Butcher & Bird ham, house made mojo pork, swiss cheese, house made dill pickles, slathered in Boum and Panini pressed.
